Rapaura Springs
Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 750mL
Product Details
The journey for the Rapaura Springs wines begins far from the vineyards where the earth claims a share of the Wairau River. After a six month journey, the water is released to a spring that weaves through the vineyard, and provides the crystal clear, pure water for the vines. It also informs Rapura Springs' philosophy that quality begins in the vineyard. They took out top honour in 2015, recognised at the London international Wine & Spirits Competition as the Best Sauvignon Blanc Producer and NZ Winemaker of the Year.
With classic tropical notes as well as citrus and fresh herbs on the pallet, the Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc combines complexity and structure with clean cut acidity, providing an exceptional premium style at an affordable price point.

One of the best wine. Worth having a volume order especially when it is at a discount rate. You will never go wrong

A classic sauv blanc from new Zealand that is bursting with tropical fruit flavours and an acidity that cuts through the sweetness and provides a perfect balance to this fantastic wine

Easy on the palate, sweet enough to enjoy in a hot day but not too overwhelming.
I would have it with a light meal or just in a sunny afternoon at home. I would certainly bring this wine with me to friends dinner and the price is just perfect.

Wasn't a fan at first as it tasted too subtle, but had another crack and have really begun to appreciate the depth of flavour in this NZ great. Take your time with this one and it's passionfruit and honey flavours will surprise you.

A fresh and fruity wine, you can really smell the passion fruit. Enjoyed chilled in a large glass. It is the go to wine when we have friends over for afternoon drinks and pairs well with a good cheese platter

I've enjoyed this wine in recent years and recently purchased more.
It has the grassiness and citrus/passionfruit fragrance and is good value.
