For the price, you can't go too wrong. It's a little harsh at the beginning so make sure it's cold and let it breath a little.

  • by Cameron, on August 03, 2018

Crisp and zesty flavours best served chilled to enjoy

  • by Annie, on August 02, 2018

    Nice, fruity and dry wine

Tastes unlike a Sav Blanc, but worth the price, but wouldn't buy though!!!

This wine is cheap and nasty. Nothing about it appeals.

  • by Kieren Thomas, on February 10, 2018

Quite acidic on the palate as it warms, high notes of lime and grapefruit. Easy to drink with canapés or white fish

I am a lover of Sauvignon Blanc and SSB wines and have tried many. The Marlborough wines don't tend to disappoint, however this one tastes very strong and almost like a Chardonnay to me. I even wondered if it the two bottles I had were off, it smelt very strong and unusual too. I had to throw it out which was disappointing.

    great for the price

Whilst it might not have the intense flavours of other New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc I’ve tried for sheer value for money it’s hard to beat as a Monday night quaffer.

I wish the Liquorland group would stop plugging this wine, it really does not compare with any ot the other lovely and inexpensive SBs from NZ. You get what you pay for!
