Product Details

Legend has it that back in 1864 an English settler landed on the northern coast of Western Australia to find his new home abundant with opportunity. With only the clothes on his back, and a pint of Amber Ale in his grasp, he gazed out at the endless land before him and considered himself the luckiest man alive. Brewed in small batches
to produce true, delicious tasting, craft beer, this ale is aptly named ‘Lucky Amber’ in honour of this legend.

A hoppy Amber Ale, brewed with Crystal and red malts to give colour and flavour. This beer is hopped four times in the brewing process. IBU: 26

Hints of caramel. Nice on a cooler evening with red meat meal. Craft beer with reasonable price

pours with dark amber with a head retention that is questionable. very slight nose with some toffee notes. very thin body with hops that just didnt shine at all. i had high hopes for this amber but alas not today. maybe a different batch will do me better

Tones of caramel, butterscotch, toffee and malts. This is a very nice amber ale to enjoy in the winter months.

Awesome Amber Ale. Great price for a craft beer. Perfect beer for winter sitting around the camp fire.

Amber ales are more popular in the cooler months which makes right now the best time to get your laughing gear around this drop. Deep malt without being overpowering and just enough hop added to balance the bitterness. One of my favourites and a very underrated drop. Perfect with my Rosemary salt crusted lamb cutlets and a creamy mash. Trust Me !

great beer with light notes of caramel and malt but not too much, refreshing to drink in summer or on a cool evening

  • by Mark Christensen, on August 03, 2018

An easy drinking amber ale with a nice malty character. A slight hint off coffee make this a great beer for the colder weather and for those looking for something a little more bitter then the other steamrail beers
