This ripping off-dry Riesling from the Clare Valley is sourced from two different vineyard sites. One in the north at Slaughterhouse Road and the other in the south at Watervale. The resulting wine is laden with racing acidity and brilliant florals and a whiff of musk sticks.'Greenish yellow. Ripe peach and poached pear aromas are complemented by candied ginger, kerosene and honey. Broad, sappy pit fruit flavors show very good honeyed richness, with a spicy element providing lift.
