St. Agnes then rests in small oak casks to ensure pure clean perfection.Champagne COCKTAIL Ingredients: 1 sugar cube 2-3 dashes Bitters Champagne or Sparkling 30ml St Agnes Brandy Orange slice or Cherry for garnish.Preparation: 1. Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne flute. 2. Use the dashes of Angostura bitters to saturate the sugar cube. 3. Add the brandy. 4. Fill with Champagne and watch the sugar cube dissolve in a fountain of bubbles. 5. Garnish with orange slice or cherry.
