This is one of the best value scotch's on the market better than Johnny walker and other big brands.

I was honestly surprised by how nice this was for the price, I didn't think I could find something of this quality for the price

Looking for a cheap and nasty whiskey for mixing and to stock the bar, I grabbed this but was very pleasantly surprised- not nasty at all! This is a great pick-up and I'd definitely buy again.

What a battle. Thought buying something more expensive would give me a smoother Scotch. Wow so wrong. Nice drop easy to drink on the rocks or a mixer

Why buy more expensive brands when you’re just going to mix it is what my mates told me so I thought I’d give the cheaper stuff a try and I wasn’t disappointed! Nice and smooth and easy drinking. I think I should listen to my mates more often!

Jumping on the JS bandwagon as stated below, this little beauty is a definite winner. Smooth and should be enjoyed on the rocks no mixers needed.

I read the comments below and bought a bottle. After my first sip I felt I should add my vote to this excellent whisky. It is as smooth as the Glenfiddich (green label) displaying all the qualities and finish of the best Speyside, peat and honey driven whiskies. It is quite simply a whisky three or four times it's price-tag!

I'm a mid priced scotch drinker and normally avoid the cheap ones. I grabbed a bottle of JS one day just to see what it was like. I couldn't believe what a pleasant scotch it was. Save yourself a few dollars and give it a try.

Having just had my first dram of this Whisky I find it goes down very smooth and as for the price fanatic beats JW and the rest hands down you don't need to add anything to this very good drop Regards Anthony

Well, for someone who normally buys JW Red for infusing Ginseng to be drunk with Ginger Ale this product was a revelation. My wife only drinks JW Black straight & found Samson most acceptable. It should not be polluted with mixers. Why contribute to the JW marketing budget when you can buy a far superior product for a few $ less ?
