This sparkling is produced by the formidable team of Fran Austin and Ed Carr. Fran is highly regarded for delivering world-class wines, and Ed is Australia's most decorated sparkling winemaker. Salmon blush in colour with red berry and citrus flavours, that offers an intriguing savoury edge. The palate is fine with a delicate bead and plenty of grip on the finish.
