The Irish Wolfhound

The Irish Wolfhound

Are you the sort of person who always prefers a fresh, fruity flavour to something heavier? We’d recommend an Irish Wolfhound, with lots of tangy notes of grapefruit. The best bit? It’s super easy to make.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Jameson Original
  • 50ml Ginger beer
  • 25ml Freshly-squeezed pink or ruby red grapefruit juice
  • Small pinch of salt flakes
  • Slices of grapefruit to garnish
Method:
  1. Mix ice, whiskey, ginger beer and juice in a glass.
  2. Dip a corner of one of the grapefruit slices in the salt and drop into the drink.
  3. Garnish the glass with a grapefruit slice.

Note: You can apply salt to the rim of the glass to make a Salty Wolfhound.
