Wine Drop FAQ's
Will I always receive the same wines?
No. Wine Drop is designed to help you discover new wines. So every three months we will send you a new selection of wines for the plan you have designed at the price you have selected.
Can I choose only one variety? e.g. Chardonnay?
Yes, you can mix and match as well as double up across any of the Wine Drop bundles. It’s your plan, and you’re in control…
When will my next delivery be?
Your ongoing Wine Drop deliveries will be sent every three months, from your first delivery.
How do I change my Wine Drop?
Call us on 1300 30 88 33 to make any changes to your plan.
Can I skip a delivery?
Of course! If you phone us prior to dispatching your next Wine Drop we will be able to skip your next delivery. However you will not earn the EXTRA POINTS at Coles associated with that delivery (i.e. three months). You will start earning EXTRA POINTS from your next delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time by phoning our Customer Service Team on 1300 30 88 33. When you cancel you will stop earning EXTRA POINTS at Coles. You will also not receive any EXTRA POINTS for the month you cancel your plan.
What happens if I move house?
You don’t want to miss out on your next Wine Drop so as soon as you know your new address, email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our Customer Service Team on 1300 30 88 33.
Please let us know as soon as you have a new address as we will send you order to the address we have in your account.
How will my wine be delivered?
Your Wine Drop plan will be sent via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes will vary depending upon where you live.
Can I sign up for Wine Drop in store?
Currently this service is only available online and through our call centre.
What happens if I am not home when my Wine Drop is delivered?
If you are not home when your Wine Drop is delivered your wine will be left at your nominated delivery address as per your delivery instructions. If we do not have any instructions on file for your Wine Drop it will re-directed to your nearest post office for collection. We will make every attempt to ensure your delivery is delivered on time, and is delivered according to your delivery instructions.
Do I earn flybuys points on my purchase?
Yes, if you are a flybuys member you can earn 1 flybuys point for every $1 you spend at 1st Choice Liquor, including Wine Drop. If you purchase online you must enter your flybuys number in your account details so that it will apply to your purchase. If you purchase over the phone don’t forget to tell the Customer Service team member your flybuys member number.
What are EXTRA POINTS and how can I earn them?
When you shop at Coles you earn 1 point per $1 you spend - but products displaying the EXTRA POINTS symbol can accelerate your standard points earning power at Coles.
While you’re part of the Wine Drop you’ll earn +1 EXTRA POINT per $1 you spend at Coles. You can earn up to 1,000 EXTRA POINTS per month per dozen in your Wine Drop plan. This means that every year you can earn up to 12,000 EXTRA POINTS per dozen in your Wine Drop plan.

Can I subscribe to more than one Wine Drop dozen?
Yes and you will earn +1 EXTRA POINT at Coles for each Wine Drop dozen you subscribe to. So, if you have 2 Wine Drop dozen in your plan, you will earn +2 EXTRA POINTS per $1 you spend at Coles, and so on up to a maximum of 5 dozen.
If you purchase online you must enter your flybuys number in your Account details so that it will apply to your purchase. If you purchase over the phone don’t forget to tell the Customer Service team member your flybuys membership number.
When will I receive my flybuys points?
EXTRA POINTS will be awarded at the end of every month.
What types of payment can First Choice Liquor accept?
We accept payments using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Coles MasterCard. Unfortunately we do not accept Cheques and Money Orders. Please note: Currently gift cards and flybuys Dollars are not redeemable online at First Choice Liquor.
Does firstchoiceliquor.com.au have a refund policy for purchases made online or over the phone?
Yes. We’re confident that our products represent excellent value for money, and we’re proud to guarantee every product you buy. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase you’ve made online or on the phone, just call us on 1300 30 88 33 or email email@example.com within 3 months of receiving it. Can I return a product I ordered online or over the phone to a First Choice Liquor store?
